After a successful career in the Nevada resort industry and international tourism; with posts serving as Chief Executive Officer and President, Phil DeLone now devotes his enthusiasm and energy to the Lake Tahoe and northern Nevada real estate business. His practice is based in the Incline Village office of Dickson Realty.

Originally from San Francisco and Mill Valley, Phil is a second-generation Realtor. He is licensed in Nevada and advises and represents clients throughout the region.

I enjoy the excitement and challenge of fundraising and have helped secure hundreds of thousands of dollars locally for the Thunderbird Lodge Preservation Society at Lake Tahoe, and others."

Phil is a graduate of the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, and a recipient of the Governor’s Distinguished Nevadan Award – presented by the Governor for his leadership, dedication and public service.
